• The 1000 Series has an easily accessible transmission fluid dipstick and an external spin-on oil filter on the left underside of the truck. The oil filter can be reached easily from a creeper or when the truck is on a hoist. This design also optimizes water flow through the oil cooler, which provides cooler oil to the engine.
