TRANSMISSIONS:
The Kodiak C4500 and C5500 offer a standard state-of-the-art,
electronically controlled Allison® 1000 Series automatic 5-speed. Its
overdrive capability means lower RPM at highway speeds, increased fuel
economy, and decreased noise levels. A smooth and dependable ZF™ 6-speed
overdrive manual transmission is also available.
